Recruitment for the Workgroup of Local Access Charge |

Dear Members, On December 2009, OFTA had issued a consultation paper which may change the business environment of ETS/SBO industry in Hong Kong. The topics includes - Review of Local Access Charge
- Future Arrangement of Special Condition 3.4 of the Fixed Carrier Licence Held by PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited and Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited
ETS Society is engaged with OFTA regarding to this issue, and the decision has been taken to create a workgroup to support this effort. We are now recruiting the six (6) volunteers from the members of ETS Society and/or License holders of Public Non-Exclusive Telecom Services (PNETS) and/or Services-Based Operator (SBO) Licence to be members of the workgroup. If you are interested in participating in this workgroup, please kindly indicate your intention via email committee@ hkets. org no later than January 22, 2010 noon. The final decision on the members of the workgroup will be solely at the discretion of the ETS Society Committee. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at anytime.
