Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Society of Hong Kong External Telecommunications Service Providers (the “ETS Society”) will be held at:

Thai Orchid Restaurant
39 Tong Chong Street, Quarry Bay,
Hong Kong

on Thursday 11th February 2010, commencing at 6:00 pm. Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting: 

1. Approval of the minutes of the last AGM; 
2. Appointment of the Auditors for The Society
3. Appointment of the legal advisor for the Society
4. To elect members and officers of the Executive Committee for the coming year
5. Report from the members of the three committees of OFTA
6. Mission and Objectives for 2010

This will be followed by the monthly ETS Happy Hour – Cocktails and snacks will be served
