Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Society of Hong Kong External Telecommunications Service Providers (the “ETS Society”) will be held at: Trafalgar 5th Floor, The Broadway,
54-62 LockHard Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong
(UpStairs of White Stag) on Thursday 7th June 2010, commencing at 6:00 pm. Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting: - Approval of the minutes of the last AGM;
- Appointment of the Auditors for The Society
- Appointment of the legal advisor for the Society
- To elect members and officers of the Executive Committee for the coming year
- Report from the members of the three committees of OFTA
- Mission and Objectives for 2012
This will be followed by the monthly ETS Happy Hour – Cocktails and snacks will be served By order of the Executive Committee
